This is a space for those of us who have felt the quiet pull of our ancestry for years, never quite sure how to meet it. The ones who long for deeper relationships with our unseen lineages and dream about creating new, reciprocal worlds where everyone’s gifts are recognized. This is for the wild ones, the different ones, and the ones seeking real human connection. This is for those of us who feel that an untapped source of power and guidance lies within us, just below the surface.

Through movement, energy work, and quiet, steady practice, we will open the ETHERIC body, ATTUNE to the land, and LISTEN for the voices wanting to move through us.

In this course, we weave together etheric embodiment, earth-based practices, and ancestral connection to build a foundation of deep, unshakable resilience and awaken our gifts.

INSIDE, you’ll receive:

  • Six Weeks of Live Gatherings

    • Held on Mondays at 7pm.

    • Sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend live.

  • Guided Etheric Body Attunement

    • Learning how to listen with the whole body, how to sense the subtle, how to ground into unseen lineage.

  • Somatic Practices & Resilience Work

    • Movement, breath, and ritual to integrate ancestral strength into your daily life.

  • A Private Space For Reflection & Support

    • A private chat community where you can connect, share experiences, and ask questions.

    • Additional recorded practices, readings, and prompts to deepen your experience.

  • Personalized Support

    • Direct guidance throughout the six weeks, with opportunities to ask questions and receive reflections during live sessions and inside the private space.

I feel disconnected from my ancestry. Can I still take this course?

Yes. This work is not about tracing names or knowing dates. It is about feeling what is already moving through you. The ones before you left echoes. You are already listening, you just may not have noticed yet.

Do I have to have an active spiritual practice to take this course?

No specific spiritual framework is required. This is about deep presence and about being with what moves through you, whatever that looks like for you.

What if I can’t attend live?

All sessions are recorded and will be available to revisit anytime. You can still participate fully in the course even if you cannot attend live gatherings.
