Asked Questions

  • A death doula provides non-medical, holistic support to individuals and families navigating the end of life. Unlike hospice, which focuses on medical care and pain management, a death doula offers emotional, spiritual, and practical guidance—holding space for grief, helping with legacy projects, offering rituals, and supporting both the dying and their loved ones through this profound transition. My role is to ensure that death is met with care, dignity, and presence.

  • Grief coaching is for anyone navigating loss—whether recent or long past—who seeks a compassionate guide and structured support. Unlike therapy, which focuses on diagnosis and mental health treatment, grief coaching helps you integrate loss, develop personal rituals, and find ways to move forward while honoring what has been. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in your grief, this work can offer tools, space, and guidance to support your journey.

  • Yes. I offer custom support for individuals and families facing end-of-life transitions. This may include advance care planning, bedside support, legacy storytelling, funeral planning, and guidance on home vigils or alternative burial options. Each journey is unique, and we work together to ensure this time is met with intention, care, and reverence.

  • I offer in-person support in select locations, including bedside death doula services, legacy photography, and ceremony facilitation. I also work remotely for grief coaching, ritual guidance, and custom legacy projects. If you’re unsure whether I can support you in your area, reach out, and we’ll find the best way to work together.

  • You can reach out through my contact page, and I’ll get back to you within three days. I take a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each person receives my full attention and care. Whether you’re exploring support for yourself, a loved one, or a community offering, I’d love to connect and see how we can work together.

  • Yes. I offer flexible payment plans for many of my services, including grief coaching, legacy projects, and end-of-life support. My goal is to make this work as accessible as possible while ensuring I can provide the care and presence each client deserves. If you need a payment plan, please reach out, and we can discuss options that work for you.

  • Every journey through death and grief is unique, and I tailor my offerings to meet your specific needs. Whether you need long-term support, a one-time session, or a combination of services, I will work with you to create a plan that feels aligned. If you’re unsure what kind of support you need, we can start with a consultation to explore the best path forward.
